Our superior double room was compact but comfortable for a 3 night stay. However the electric shower did not get very got and the TV reception was pretty bad. The room was not cleaned on the first day but cleaned on the second but did not replenish the complintary 2 bottles of water and the towels were not replaced. We were annoyed that the 'on-site bar and restaurant' was not actually operating and only offered breakfast if requested in advance unless selected upon hotel booking (we were not told this when we arrived, but had to query the restaurant operation and talk to a manager over the phone to find out). The building manager/receptionist, although happy to help, was not very welcoming and did not understand English too well.
