“Check in was a breeze, the staff member who helped us was very friendly! The room was awful, so bad that we chose to leave a night early. Upon check out they didn't even ask why we were leaving a day early. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and tons of water damage, the curtains had holes in it, there was a sizable brown stain on the wall, and more. I didn't ask to switch rooms bc if they are ok with putting people in a room with visible issues, I can't imagine what cannot be seen.……
