"Check in wasn’t great. I was given a room and our keys didn’t work. The person at the front didn’t tell how breakfast or the shuttle worked or anything. When I came back to let them know my key didn’t work, the other front desk person helped me and she was much better. She not only switched our room (because something must have happened on floor 4 next to where we were originally ?!) but she told me about breakfast and th shuttle HOWEVER she didn’t offer to give me vouchers fo breakfast so the next morning I had to go back to the front desk AGAIN to ask for those. So many opportunities missed for customer service…."

"The checked in young man was so good . He was very polite and helpful. He tried above and beyond. The gentleman who worked in the evening was awesome customers service. The woman who worked the next morning was super rude. She didn’t even look at me. When I said “ I would like to check out “ The lady “ room number?” I told her my room number. She said “ drop the card “. Then I asked “ do I have any balance “ . She said “no”. Then I said “thank you “ She had no response or eye contact. I checked out around 7:30 - 8 am. I wonder why she was unpleasant and rude in the conversation. "
