"Great overall - except the conditioner bottle in the bathroom was filled with shampoo, and the staff didn't seem to understand the difference between the two when I raised the issue, and tried to tell me they're both supposed to be the same thing (the clearly marked labels on the bottles begged to differ). This isn't something I would usually mind had I prepared in advance for there to be no conditioner, but we were advertised that there would be both available. Just annoying I wasn't able to wash my hair properly for the whole trip, and given the cost of the total stay it's really these details that matter."

"Good Stay Overall We had a good stay at Empire Suites in Montreal. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and we were happy with our experience. The biggest issue was the elevator. It was quite slow and very bumpy at times, which honestly made it a little scary to ride. Breakfast is offered, which is a nice bonus, but unfortunately it was very difficult to actually get anything. The breakfast area was extremely busy, and the food wasn’t replenished often enough. We went back a few different times hoping things would be restocked, but each time it was pretty much the same situation. They definitely need to do a better job keeping up with the breakfast during busy periods. Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay and would still give Empire Suites 4 stars. With some improvements to the elevator and breakfast service, it could be an even better experience."
