“This funky old house is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It is very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a pretty small space, but the decorating made the most of the available space. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor (including the basement). For people with mobility issues there are only 2 accessible bedrooms, as the stairs are pretty steep. Checking in was very easy. THere is one off-street parking spot and some street parking as well. There is a keurig coffee maker with pods and……

“Great house and great location. Quiet and private. There was an issue with an alarm that went off 2 of the 3 nights we were there. First night we couldn’t access breaker and it rang for 2 hours. 2nd night it happened thankfully the property manager had left access to the breaker and we were able to shut it off right away. Other than that house was great and equipped with spices and everything for cooking. Could be a little more organized in terms of drawers and cabinets but really that’s just me……

“The host was very quick and responsive.The house was really suitable for large group that is around 13 ppl. Kitchen was large enough to cook for 10 ppl. beds were quite comfortable. Beautiful lake view and we've witnessed the fog layer that hugged the house and clearing throughout the day. I would recommend the stay to other parties. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! It was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed.
The only issues were parking and not having central air conditioning. Although there is parking inside the garage and driveway, it was a very tight fit for both. I was in a minivan, but barely fit and didn’t want dings since it was a rental.
As for the a/c, we’re from Texas so that’s all we’re used to. The house had a window unit and a portable ac— one upstairs and one downstairs.……
