“Everything was clean, well decorated. The rooftop hot tub was a little more public than we were hoping for but once it got dark out it was fine. It wasn't a big deal to have to strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take the garbage out to the dumpster, but for the price paid you'd think that would be included...or at the bare minimum this requirement should be listed BEFORE booking, rather than in the list of rules/requirements you receive after booking. “DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an extra hundo AFTER THE FACT for a pet fee even though I disclosed at check in that my service animal was with me. I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE”

“Parking was right outside our room.Air conditioning worked fine.This hotel was just refurbished and the room was big,clean,and the family that owns and operates the the hotel take pride in their work.We will go back to this hotel every year on our way to and back from Florida.”

“The staff is awesome, super friendly and welcoming! The restroom was not cleaned thoroughly, but the room was comfortable and they sent house keeping everyday. So if I wanted, I could have asked them to reclean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was silent. Free breakfast was what you expect, the attendant was great! I would stay again!”

“This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. ”
