"One overnight desk clerk was extremely helpful finding a ride to the airport very early, 5 stars to her. Other staff seem not that engaged. The room was clean and comfortable. The hall carpets are dirty and worn, there was always a wet spot from I don't know what on the stairs, the pool was down for maintenance. Plenty of parking, walking distance to decent restaurants and a grocery store. "

"No staff at front desk upon arrival. Waited 10 minutes. Only lukewarm water in shower in the AM. Toilet loose on floor and wobbly. Television system very difficult to operate. Most stations require account log-in. "

"Immaculately clean, good breakfast, really nice staff( very welcoming and kind). Pillows need to be upgraded ( my only criticism). No issues with parking. The town of Moscow is adorable with shops I always enjoy."
