“Bed isn’t that great and hot water is questionable ”

“Dirty,loud in lobby all night. TV didn't work with no one to help. Go closer into Nashville. I will never recommend this hotel!!”

“Breakfast was basically nothing and the pool was completely cloudy. Now, when I went to checkout on Sunday the person behind the desk question me about how many people I had in my room ???? She told me the owner wanted to know and she is bat crazy. I told her 3 and asked why? She stated that they had seen people coming in and out of my room. I felt totally spied on for some reason as if they were watching me whole weekend. With my middle finger raised high, I explained My older daughter also……

“A little smelly and bathroom needs update. Beds were comfortable. Lots of noisy guests.”

“Under construction and not advertised. Roaches in room. Room wasn’t cleaned. ”

“Breakfast wasn’t the best. Needs more options. The bedroom looked really clean and good, it’s just they have a small problem with lady bugs, other than that, really good experience. The kids have a lot to do too! Very kid friendly!! 10/10. ”

“The room is pretty clean and nice. But the bed is horrible. It’s super squeaky and small. I was too scared to move all night. ”

“Did not get the room we paid for! Booked king bed with adjoining room suite but were not provided one. Staff did not apologize or try to make it right. Said we should have contacted them to make sure we got what we paid for. Will never book again with IHG or Expedia!”

“Great stay, but unfortunately the guest in the room next to us was working on his phone all night long and the conversations disturbed our sleep.”

“The breakfast was your average meal. Wasn’t many choices to choose between. Our room was clean. The only thing is the floors could have been cleaned up more. You can tell in the areas they wasn’t cleaned. The bath tub had a slow drain on our second night. Overall our stay was nice and would come back again. ”
