“This is a very simple, basic motel. Sits right next to a gas station Website and other publicity do not reflect reality. It’s on a busy road, rooms are small and spare. Bed made of sheet metal that creaked and squeaked. Simple furnishings. ”

“The whole place was clean, the hvac in our room worked great, breakfast was good and fresh. There were no obscure smells or weird stains on anything that I could see. When visiting Bardstown again, I’ll be staying here.”

“The hotel was nicely decorated and up to date. Check in staff friendly and quick. The beds were comfy with a nice choice of pillows to pick from. Breakfast was superb. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Pros: The staff was professional, the hotel is pet friendly, the beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows. The shower has built in large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a blow dryer. The breakfast was not as advertised. There was no protein such as sausage, bacon, or eggs, as shown in all they're advertising, the hotel was warm and stale smelling, there was only 1 ice machine located near the front desk and it was out of order, the doors both the bathroom and room……

“Breakfast was basically nothing and the pool was completely cloudy. Now, when I went to checkout on Sunday the person behind the desk question me about how many people I had in my room ???? She told me the owner wanted to know and she is bat crazy. I told her 3 and asked why? She stated that they had seen people coming in and out of my room. I felt totally spied on for some reason as if they were watching me whole weekend. With my middle finger raised high, I explained My older daughter also……

“Breakfast was OK, orange juice was not fresh, just some powdered mix. Pool was closed. window in the room did not close properly or latch.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Jailer's Inn. The staff were amazing, the location couldn't be better and our accommodations were wonderful. I definitely would recommend staying at this fabulous Bed and Breakfast.”

“The hotel is a good property with excellent eating choices near by. I have stayed at this location previously with no problems. On this visit everything was great except the room had some kind of weird odor. Not terribly intense, just not pleasant .”
