“2/18/2026 Everything was just perfect. Except That when I went to turn the bedding down , The sheet were so wrinkled it looked like someone had slept in the bed before we got there ??? And for the Hilton that is a surprise. I think they need to get a better laundry service. One that knows how to iron the sheets . Other than that the room was perfect. VERY clean And the staff at the front desk was wonderful. ”

“Overall, a very pretty hotel that is kept in excellent condition. Only dings- breakfast was an added cost not included in the stay and the hot tub was not working. After running it for a bit, it was berly lukewarm. Disappointed but I would stay here again.”

“A beautiful place to stay just sadly on a holiday weekend on a Sunday. The restaurant in this hotel did not have staff needed to drive to another town in a snowstorm. The town was half an hour away and the ride back to the hotel took 3 1/2 hours due to the weather the big disappointment was I picked this particular place due to the fact that the hotel was on same property at the restaurant very disappointed.”

“The lady that prepares breakfast starts early for construction workers like me so that we get breakfast before we leave. Best Western should review their hours of operation so that breakfast can officially start early. They should also recognize that lady for seeing a problem and fixing it. ”
