“2/18/2026 Everything was just perfect. Except That when I went to turn the bedding down , The sheet were so wrinkled it looked like someone had slept in the bed before we got there ??? And for the Hilton that is a surprise. I think they need to get a better laundry service. One that knows how to iron the sheets . Other than that the room was perfect. VERY clean And the staff at the front desk was wonderful. ”

“A MUST STAY!!! This was our second visit to Jim Thorpe but our first stay at the Y on Broadway and we will NEVER stay anywhere else!! This boutique hotel is full of charm and warmth from both their magnificent fireplace and staff! Beth took the time to tell me all about the rich history of the building, one of the original YMCA locations in all of the US, and we had the pleasure of meeting Duke, one of the owners, who took me on a private tour to show me the beautifully rustic double bed frames……

“Overall, a very pretty hotel that is kept in excellent condition. Only dings- breakfast was an added cost not included in the stay and the hot tub was not working. After running it for a bit, it was berly lukewarm. Disappointed but I would stay here again.”

“A beautiful place to stay just sadly on a holiday weekend on a Sunday. The restaurant in this hotel did not have staff needed to drive to another town in a snowstorm. The town was half an hour away and the ride back to the hotel took 3 1/2 hours due to the weather the big disappointment was I picked this particular place due to the fact that the hotel was on same property at the restaurant very disappointed.”

“This was my third time staying at this hotel with my boyfriend and I love it so much!! The lady who works the breakfast area and the front desk, she is so sweet :) The options for breakfast are amazing! The room itself is so clean and well stocked, it’s also very spacious. This was the first time we used the pool and it was good (wish it was a little warmer and that there was a hot tub), and the fitness center was also good (wish it did have spay and paper towels to use to wipe down the machines……
