Take advantage of Free Parking, super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TV. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance. THE SPACE \- Accommodates up to 3 guests. \- 33 sqm total area. \- Private terrace. \- Building and apartment entrances are secured with access codes. \- Spacious, bright and modern interior. \- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. \- Dining area with a table and chairs. \- Living area with sofa bed for additional guests, coffee table, and Smart TV. \- A comfortable bedroom area with a super-king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables, and lamps. \- Free parking space. \- Superfast and reliable 250 Mbps WiFi throughout \- Building equipped with a lift. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We manage several units in this building. \- Only the guests registered at the time of booking will have access to the apartment. \- Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment. \- A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building, for an added layer of security. \- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. \- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions. \- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request. \- The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 2 guests.
