“The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. Bedrooms are comfy (pillows are down) and bathrooms are comfortable. But, I wish the description had been clearer…it’s a second story unit. My husband has congestive heart failure and has a very hard time breathing when walking upstairs. And, I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery 3 days after our SC trip. Needless to say I wouldn’t have booked the property if I knew about the stairs. It was a painful climb for both……

“The rental itself was gorgeous. I loved the decor of the place especially the cleaning less. The check in process was easy. We did arrive a few minutes early (20 minutes) and waited for 4pm to gain access (not their fault). The location was closed to many restaurants and shopping stores. “We paid extra to get in early, they said they had to check with the cleaners but it was obvious there wasn’t any cleaning done. There was damage done to the property prior to us being there that was obvious and they tried to make us pay for. The WiFi was terrible we couldn’t get any work from home done had to go to a nearby coffee shop. The home was vey hot and the thermostat didn’t work we had to buy fans.
