"Hotel runs a scam show. When we went to breakfast the lady advised it was free. We asked 3 times. After we finished another lady gave us a bill for $60. We spoke to the front desk and he wouldn’t help. They also have very strong security and they refused to let us leave the hotel until we paid. We ended up paying 1/2 the bill and we disputed with our credit card and got the other half of the money back after we explained what occurred. Avoid Mali and avoid this hotel. "

"Reception staff can be difficult ... Better to do physical booking and avoid going through Hotels.com as their system is not fully geared to handle online reservations ... It is a big chance everytime"
