“I really like this one hotel, everything is good ”

“Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. ”

“Great hotel! Beautiful decor, friendly staff. The pool area was very nice! Bed was comfortable, room was very spacious and very clean. We could walk to Paddock Square. Will definitely stay here again! Free coffee in the morning. Lobby bar has a daily happy hour and there is a restaurant on property though we did not use. ”

“Room was spotless and staff is and was great. Only one issue the connecting rooms were a little annoying whoever was in the other room kept knocking on my door. But that being said it’s always a super great stay for me. ”
