Located in the quiet coastal streets of Rye on the border of Blairgowrie, Moonah Shades is a peaceful sanctuary set amongst the beautiful Moonah trees. It's ideal for a couple, or a couple with a baby or young child.
Just a short walk to the Tyrone beach foreshore, and a few minutes drive to Blairgowrie Village, the Rye shops and Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron.
HOUSE FEATURES:
This spacious, light filled studio is surrounded by coastal gardens and tall Moonah trees providing a tranquil coastal haven. Enjoy alfresco dining in the delighful undercover area with a gas BBQ, toast marshmallows around the firepit, or enjoy morning coffee on the Studio patio.
Freshly painted and renovated throughout, with soft neutral furnishings and coastal styling. The open plan Studio features a well equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, L'Or coffee machine and coffee pods, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery and a split system for heating and cooling. There is a queen size bed, a large living area with arm chairs and a single sofa bed, Smart TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer and a walk-in robe.
Mornington Peninsula's best offerings are right on your doorstep, with easy access to an array of beautiful beaches, world class golf courses, amazing wineries and restaurants, the Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs, boutique shopping and the stunning spots to enjoy a picnic and watch the sun setting over the bay!

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays.
