“We stayed 3 nights ending July 31,2026. The first room we were given did not have a working toilet and we were told we could change rooms the next day and to stop by and switch keys late afternoon. My husband and I are seniors and found the multiple levels of pavers tile very difficult to manage with luggage. No bell person to help. We were moved to the other side of the hotel and I fell on the stairs trying to move our belongings. I am pretty bruised up. The second room was crazy hot. We left……
