You will also find that Casa Serena is just 15-30 minutes away from the trendy Brickell area, Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, and most of Miami’s main attractions. Totally renovated in 2015, no expense was spared by the owners while still maintaining its original charm. The perfect blend of new construction, and cozy furnishings make this home the ideal vacation property for family and friends. Features a split floor plan with a spacious master suite which includes an impressive bathroom, with a glass door rain shower plus a tub/shower, on one side, and 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, on the other. Also, open lounging spaces overlooking the pool plus an outdoor shower behind the pool, facing an informal patio/dining area. PARKING: Free driveway parking for up to THREE vehicles. No parking allowed on the grass. Golf cart parked on the driveway is not available for use. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: check in is any time after 4 PM and check out by 11 AM. The house was even better than the pictures. Great location walking distance from shops and restaurants and a public beach access. The pool is beautifully landscaped & yard provides total privacy. Plenty of seating inside & out for the 8 of us. The master bath is beautiful. House well stocked with towels and beach towels.
