“Great little place and worked perfectly for us and another couple as we were visiting our kids at UF. Even had the girls come and stay with us for a night in the third bedroom, had a movie night and ordered in. Great location, close to campus, shopping, etc. Very clean and convenient. My only suggestion is a couple more pans to cook, if you are looking to cook, we only found one saute pan and one sauce pan. Host was responsive, neighborhood was quiet and safe.”

“This property was absolutely magnificent! It is absolutely perfect for two people. My husband and I stayed here with our two golden doodles. The dogs were also in heaven there are so many walking trails throughout the property and in the area. Every morning we would wake up and the dogs would be so excited to go outside. They have a beautiful fenced in area in the front of the cottage where the pool is located and also in the back of the cottage. The pool was definitely my favorite part. It's……

“When we walked in, it was like we walked into a fairytale. Very quiet and serene. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. Beautiful, clean, quiet, and great price. Property manager was very nice, stayed in contact and gave very good directions. The pictures do not do this place justice.”

“First off we loved the country atmosphere, the home looked great, two issues one they had an major ant problem. So we cleaned a bit and found out that there was food particles in the seats and couchs, so we clean that, and also which is not really a big deal but the property had said it had wifi but after hooking up the to wifi we had no internet. But the other that it, for our frist experience for ar&b home it was a very quiet and nice stay. Thank you. ”

“The location was very nice. The house was a nice layout and has a lot of potential. We really liked the place, but the house needs to be upgraded in many areas (shower, toilets, kitchen). Lots of dust under furniture and window sills. BBQ grill needs to be replaced (no heat deflectors, bottom rusted away completely). Our comments are meant to encourage owners to improve this property. It would definitely be worth putting time/effort/money into. It was a delightful place and we’d stay there……
