“This is a great place to stay when in boston. Quite a bit cheaper than staying closer to downtown and alot nicer than staying in a hotel for 2x the price. Uber rides to downtown, Fenway and TD Gardens were about $30 and took about 20 min to get there. We were in room 6 and it was really big. Queen size bed but also room to walk around and lay out our stuff for the week. There is a shared bathroom but no problems there. They even provided slippers for the shower. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
