The room was clean. Towels were very old. Bed was old and had a depression in the middle. Bed sheet were old. Furnishings were worn out. Bathroom shower was held together by culking. Shower knob was hard to operate due to cheap fixture. Sink stopper was missing. Rating from 1 to 10 the place is #4.

A mon arrivée personne à l'accueil. On vous envoie un message vous communiquant votre no de chambre et code de porte sauf que je ne l'avais pas reçu. Il a fallu les appeler (heureusement j'avais une sim américaine). Après la chambre correcte spacieuse pas très moderne jusqu'à ce que je retrouve une multitude de cafards caché au niveau du frigo et des tables en bois. J'ai dû en tuer plus d'une vingtaine.. c'était la chambre 118\.

the floor felt a bit sandy when we moved in, but what do you expect when you visit Moab?? great location!! So close to Arches NP, walkable distance to restaurants, fun stores and more restaurants really close by. Great value, great to support a local non-chain venue!

Fan in the bathroom didn't work. Came back from a hike and everything was wet and very muggy. Room service isn't included, it's extra.

Simple room! Was perfect to spend the nights during our trips to the national parks in the area. The town also has a lot of restaurant options

#### Probably a last resort
Well…you get what you pay for. It’s great that they are focusing on being low cost, but I want to share what that means in this case. First, the thing I liked: The room locks being a code instead of a key is very convenient - no need to remember a key, just a code that they text to you. Now, the bad. In room 102, the shower curtain was brown, the bathroom ceiling leaked when it rained, there aren’t enough towel hooks, everything on the wall seems to be slowly falling out of the wall, and there was a couple-inch-wide gap between the AC unit and the wall where it was open to the air. Generally, the parking spots are small. Also, the dog waste station was out of bags and the grounds have tons of goat heads - not great for a pet-friendly hotel. We visit Moab fairly often, and unfortunately I don’t expect we will stay at this hotel again.

I stayed for 3 days with my child. The AC worked so well and drowned out any noise, we slept like babies everyday. Although not the most appealing from the outside, our room was clean, felt safe, and budget friendly for us. I would come back again. Overall stay was enjoyable, we spent most of our time out exploring and it was a nice place to sleep at no night.
