Easy parking and easy entry. This place is convenient and has lots of room for gear. The microwave runs well and the shower is hot. Good adventure base camp. No stairs.

the floor felt a bit sandy when we moved in, but what do you expect when you visit Moab?? great location!! So close to Arches NP, walkable distance to restaurants, fun stores and more restaurants really close by. Great value, great to support a local non-chain venue!

Perfect location to walk to Moab Brewery and Blu Pig. Check in was easy and convenient. We were able to communicate directly to owner by text if we needed anything. Perfect location for our 2 days in Arches.

The room was clean. Towels were very old. Bed was old and had a depression in the middle. Bed sheet were old. Furnishings were worn out. Bathroom shower was held together by culking. Shower knob was hard to operate due to cheap fixture. Sink stopper was missing. Rating from 1 to 10 the place is #4.

This was a last minute decision to book here. Within in a few minutes of booking, we received the information on how to check into our room. The room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay after visiting three National Parks in one day. We grabbed coffee from a food truck that was in the parking lot the next morning.

Well overall my 5 night stay was fine, all the necessary information arrived in my email, ample parking, the room has everything necessary for the stay, free ice, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, coffee maker etc. The only thing missing was cleaning the room daily or at least every 2 days and that they could change the bedclothes at least every 2 days, if you are going to stay only one night you will not have problems with the cleaning but in my case that it was 5 nights I would have liked more days of cleaning, clean rooms and sheets. The hotel and the facilities are already a little old but it is not an inconvenience. Definitely worth it for the price, has everything you need to go back and rest after I give you a day to explore Moab.
