### Riviera Escape

Beautiful apartment close to the lake and its famous promenade.  
  
This apartment is about 92 m2, it has very high ceilings and mouldings, minimalist and clean furniture.  
  
Located in a sumptuous residence with the architectural style "Belle Époque", a few minutes from the centre of Montreux.  
  
It has a great view of Lake Geneva and the mountains.  
  
An underground parking space is several visitor spaces are available.  
  
This apartment consists of a living room with dining room. In the living room there is a sofa bed.  
  
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second a 160x200 bed.
