"For my stay it did the trick. This could be a really great hotel but it surely needs a lot of upgrades. Our room had a microwave with a dial-very old (but it did work)The staff however, were amazing, They were caring and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very clean but again the rooms need some attention. Overall though it was a good stay and due to the area I would stay again. I needed to be fairly close to Banner Hospital and the airport. With all said it cannot get 5 stars probably between 3 and 4 closer to 4\. They do have a continental breakfast. "

"No hair dryer, facility condition very bad, above all, unsafe! Door locks not working properly, bulletproof glass surrounding the reception. The only good thing is receptionist had good attitude. Booked two nights but cannot bare it after just one night and checked out. Now requiring refund."
