"My booked room was nothing close to the fotos of updated rooms. My one bedroom was straight out of 1980’s - furnishings were old, dingy and uncomfortable. Complete mis-representation from the photos on Hotels.com. Hotel is also directly beside the Garden City pier - so not a quiet stay if that is what you are looking for. Though my service with front/house keeping was excellent, I will not stay here again."

No matter what hotel somebody stays in it should be expected to have a clean bathroom, clean sheets, clean towels,, and clean bedding. It appears very little maintenance is being done on this property. It looks rundown. Inside the room, bathroom lights had three burnt out lights, the heat didn't work, and the toilet leaked,"
