“La habitación es tal cual se describe. Lo que nos dejó una estadía incómoda e insatisfecha fue que:
1. No se comunicaron con nosotros para darnos los detalles de la habitación. YO tuve que escribirles a las 7:00pm para saber qué habitación sería y el código de acceso, de otra forma dudo que ellos me hubieran dicho.
2. No avisaron que no había agua en el apartamento. Comprendo que es una situación que está afectando a toda la isla, pero ellos debieron avisarnos que iba a afectar nuestra……

“Has a few minor issues. Its location isn’t quite accurate. Had a hard time trying to access the property. The location is ok. It’s a little sketchy. Beware of insects.(roaches and ants)”

“Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y……

“If you want a clean and reasonably price place to stay in the heart of San Juan I’d definetly go here. I especially liked the triple gated security system, your rental car (should you get one do not go with priceless car rental) will be gated safely, you’re room will be double gated. Absolutely will be choosing this again for my next round in Puerto Rico”
