“Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great. A coat of paint in the room and this would feel like a brand new hotel.”

“The folks who run the motel are very friendly and check-in is very quick. Nominal fee for staying with pets. The room was clean though a bit run down.”

“We have stayed at the Chalet Motel numerous times, however have not been there the past two. We were very happy to see all the work they have done on this property, both outside and inside. The rooms always were nice, but they have updated everything. Very nice and friendly staff. We will continue to stay when we are in Mequon, Wisconsin.”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it.”

“Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management ”

“Only property near my in-laws. There is a noisy nightclub next door and the grounds smell like cigarettes, but the price is right. They always decorate for each season and the rooms are very clean. Definitely worth what you pay! ”
