"This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were incredibly comfortable. It worth noting that the road up to it was a steep gravel hill. We were on bikes so made it a bit of a concern, but we made it up just fine."

"Other than the check in (she mixed my reservation with anothers). The stay was great. Very clean and quiet. The side door closest to my room was locked from the outside. Also the property/parking lot could use some landscaping. Ive eaten there before, great food."

"Our room was very comfortable, clean and very nice bathroom! We do have one complaint, no one was at the desk when we checked out so we left our keys on the desk! When we got home we had a 20.00 charge added to our room! We have tried several times to reach the motel to question the charge but have not been able to reach the motel we stayed at! Just the reservation line! "

"I enjoyed our stay. The staff I did interact with was the night time front desk, and she was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was some of the best I have had with a continental breakfast. And they allowed our dogs with us, another bonus, because our dogs are like our kids to us, very loved. "

"The riverside location is perfect! The on-site restaurant was closed for remodeling but there were plenty of places within walking distance. The beds were comfortable enough, but WHY ARE THEY SO FRIGGIN' HIGH OFF THE FLOOR?!! :-)"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Fort Russell Carriage House. We were in town for a family reunion and the Carriage House proved to be the perfect “base camp”. It was cozy and quiet, and just a really relaxing place to be. Highly recommend. "
