“The hotel Not good as well”

“Location good. More of a 2 star hotel than anything higher. Bed sheets seem clean but are cheap and scratchy. You have to let yourself into the hotel front with a key after something like 7PM and the hallways dark and scary until lights click on one by one as you walk down the hallway. Staff was friendly. It was ok - I just expected more.”

“乾淨、位置佳、櫃台人員很親切也很熱心幫忙”

“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

“網速超慢。但地點近海灘，只宜短宿”

“Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. “友善飯店”

“This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!”

“Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent.……
