Accommodation for 6 people, very elegant and contemporary located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift. Fully air-conditioned in every room. 1 separate kitchen 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 bathroom with shower and toilet 1 bedroom with double bed + bathroom with bath and toilet + 1 balcony a huge living room with a balcony In the heart of Nice's shopping district, you can do everything on foot: the sea, old Nice and its daily market are just 3 tram stops or 5 minutes away on foot. shops just below the building (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, newsagents, tobacconists, etc.). You'll be able to discover Nice with everything close at hand, including a tram stop at the bottom of the building that will take you to Nice city station in just one stop.
