"Great experience overall, however the door of our room and most rooms around ours all kinda stayed cracked a little bit open at all times. it was still shut and locked but just a little awkward at times since it looked like our door was open when walking down the hall."

"Clean room. Beautiful tub. Quiet. The only down-side was it was raining and we couldn’t find our room in the dark. The directions given to find it were not super clear. Perhaps a map with a line drawn on it would have helped. Many hotels do this. We were soaked by the time we found it. The numbers don’t really make sense. We were up and out before sun up so we didn’t really get to see much but it looked really cute. Reasonably priced. And the bed was comfortable !! That never happens for me. I would stay here again. "

"I loved this beautiful hotel! It’s right across from the Capitol building and is quiet at night. Rooms are spacious with nice bathroom soaps and amenities like Starbucks coffee. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I would stay here again the next time I visit Providence."

Nicely appointed bathroom with mounted soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Everything worked! TV was tricky with no guide. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in desk had area map, with area brochures in foyer. Vending machine with snacks-laundry-personal needs. Supermarket convenient across the street. Washer/Dryer available. Close to mansions."
