“The room is very clean and comfortable. We stay here often when visiting family and always have a great experience. Highly recommend Fairfield.”

“When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check……

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets……

“Enjoyed my trip but on the first day of staying the man that checked me in was a bit rude because I told him I done all my paperwork and card online. He then proceeds to tell me that there is a deposit that I had no idea about and still have yet to receive back and everything in the room was left the way it was when we got there. There was also a cockroach that ran across the floor and needless to say, it lost its life!”

“This hotel accepted our dogs with a single dog fee to cover all. The hotel room was clean - with a "wood" floor, which I much prefer over carpeted. The amenities were nice and the breakfast was varied with many things to choose from, including eggs, sausages and pancakes. Very nice facility.”

“Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back.”
