“Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base.”

“The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites...

“Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip...
