“Stayed a Thursday and Friday night for a medical procedure at Allegheny General Hospital on Friday so didn’t roam around very much. Very close to the I279 exit and the hospital. Very clean and quiet in our 3rd floor room. A lot of staff was visible but never in the way. Very professional. Obviously a very old historic building but very well preserved and maintained. Nice atmosphere. ”

“My flight was canceled, and I did not receive a refund for the missed day. The person I spoke with on the phone promised a voucher for lunch or dinner at their Soho restaurant, but I received neither when I asked. I was told that the individual I spoke with was neither the manager nor a supervisor, which I believe was a lie. Additionally, there was no water in the room. The breakfast options are very limited and served late. On Saturday, I was told staff shortages caused breakfast not to be……
