“We enjoyed a great stay in this condo while visiting family in Cincinnati. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The location is quiet and felt very safe, the off street parking was a huge plus. You are within walking distance to some great dining spots and easy driving distance (around 10-15 minutes depending traffic) to OTR, the Reds stadium, museums, and other downtown locations. Would recommend this spot to anyone!”

“The location of this place couldn't have been better for us. It’s so close to the free Connector streetcar that you can see it from the windows. The recommended parking garage was close too.We loved the exposed brick and character of the building but appreciated the updates too. The WiFi worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.We heard music from the bar on the first level (through the windows, but not the floor) but it was quiet after 11:30 or so.If 40 stairs is daunting,……

“This was an ideal location for enjoying downtown and the Over the Rhine area. We were able to walk to most destinations. It does help to be fairly fit, as some of the walks can be medium distances and the unit is up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment was fully equipped and very user friendly. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
