“The place is not kept up at all. Overgrown lawn and bushes. The furniture is old from garage sales or by the road. Not in good shape. We had no heat. So had to change rooms. Then at next cabin the tv didn’t work. The beds were nothing but squeaking. It was a horrible experience.”

While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. “I went for a weekend for a family Memorial. This cottage was perfect for myself and my young son. I loved the cozy cottage feeling and the perks of wifi and the smart tvs. Location was perfect!
