“I felt like the room was a dungeon. I was on the first floor and the patio faced the courtyard so you couldn't have the drapes open and the front door with the other window faced the other courtyard so I couldn't have that drapes open because people would be looking in the room. So the whole time the drapes were closed, and the room was very dark and depressing. Also a lot of construction going on at the site.”

“Looking for the villa experience in Phoenix? We have stayed at both the Westin Kierland Villas and Marriott's Canyon Villas in Phoenix/Scottsdale several times each. Upon check-in (room wasn't ready until after 4:00 pm as stated), we were told that the adjacent JW resort facilities were not available like usual due to a "black out week". Never once was this communicated to us up front by the host, the actual Marriott point holders who had the week, nor Canyon Villas themselves. The listing……

“Stayed in a Queen Suite over a weekend. The room was as described and clean. The appliances and bathroom in working condition. I utilized the pool & fitness center--both were well maintained and clean. Recommend this place for a solo traveler or a family.”
