“The rooms are very basic, the bathroom is worn. All the room finishing is as cheap as could have been used and marginally executed. The beds are hard and the pillows are poor. It is cheap however, and the breakfast was good.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens.”

“Mostly overall, everything was great. The staff was wonderful. Just a few small things. One, the Wi-Fi kept falling out and wasn’t too strong that needs to be taken care of. Second and again very minor. It was a piece of trim missing from my desk in my room. Other than that, everything else was great.”

“Basic bagels and toast for breakfast, coffee machine was broken, same as soda machine, pool is not in use. Room was ok, sink was not the best. Linen was clean”
