"Safe hotel, good bar, comfortable bed"

"My flight was a half an hour late landing in Orlando, by the time I got my luggage and called them it was 9:14pm. I reached the front desk and was told they would send the van and where to wait. After waiting about an hour I called back and was told they don’t do a shuttle after 9pm. I ended up calling an uber and paying a premium because at this point it was after 10pm."

"I’ve stayed at other La Quinta locations before, and I completely understand that airport hotels deal with constant turnover and unpredictable travel chaos. I’m usually pretty understanding that not everything will be perfect. However, this stay was honestly unacceptable. There were visible stains on the inside portion of the bed sheets, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The shower also had noticeable mold or built-up dirt in the corners, something that should be caught during basic cleaning. I took photos of both. I paid extra for a suite expecting a slightly better experience, but one of the two TVs in the room wasn’t working at all. On top of that, the moment we turned on the air conditioning unit it smelled strongly like burnt metal, and it even triggered the fire alarm in the room. I also documented these issues with photos. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor. But when you’re already dealing with the stress and chaos that come with airports and travel delays, having multiple problems like this pile up during a stay makes the experience incredibly frustrating. I’ve had good experiences with this hotel chain in the past, but this particular visit fell far below what I expected."

"Please post your hours for your food locations. It was a mystery. Had to walk up to the door to see if things were open or not."

"Check in and out was fast. Very good breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, patties, cereal, cheese omelette, orange juice, regular and decaf coffee. Has a laundry. Walking distance 7 eleven."

"We were unable to use the facilities provided as we already had pre planned activities, such as Disney World. Beautiful inside and rooms are beautiful. Service is excellent. "
