"Decent check in, the facility isn’t anything impressive. It’s worth its cost. Morning desk attendant was attentive when reporting a leak in the bathroom from the upper floors toilet. She seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic - she was definitely the highlight of the interaction. If the rest of the staff cares as she put forth - I’d stay here again. "

"Everything you need from an airport hotel! The TV/DirecTV gave us some problems but the room was very comfortable and clean. Airport shuttle is available and you can leave your car here for a lower rate than at the airport. There is complimentary continental breakfast. Staff is very helpful especially Shevon! She made our day. We’ll be back!"

"The staff that checked us in were the nicest people we’ve ever had check us in. It was such a present surprise! We had dinner in the bar, and the bartender was also exceptional! I would definitely stay here again if in Orlando. Everything on this property was wonderful! "

"Had problems with the reservation, called so many times and theh never answered. Expedia themselves called and theh didn't answer either. It no longer a Wyndham hotel so it a misleading listing dont stay there. "

"When we checked in, the staff were unconcerned at best, rude at worst. Like they couldn’t be bothered. Then, we were in a room on the 4th and when we went to the elevator, one side was “Out of Order”- more on this later- and we got on the elevator and it trapped us between the 2nd and 3rd floor. It emergency braked us back down the first floor after we were trapped for like 5 minutes. We got off the elevator and I went to the front desk and they said because I booked with a third party they wouldn’t cancel it even though we had a legit safety concern. The manager put us on the first floor- which was ok!- except we went in the room and the smell was ungodly. We made do because we were only staying one night but it was rough. We later found out that a couple of guests had gotten stuck in the “Out of Order” elevator for 45 minutes. The breakfast was good and hot but normal. "

"Top of the scale from pulling up to the Valet/Bellman. To the front desk, where all of are questions were well answered. All staff we come across was Extremely nice and professional. Tim the Valet and Sam at the front desk help us tremendously. The food at The Palm was incredible. Amanda, our server was all around perfection! From explaining the menu and what to expect from what we order and very professional. Amanda was very nice and respectful with us. Myself my wife and our 14yr old daughter. This was a short 2 day stay. We definitely will return for a longer stay! the stay was Amazing!!! Scott"
