“Room was clean and neat. We had a "suite" and it was roomy and very clean. I do admit i was expecting a bit more from a 'suite', it had an island with a sink in it, microwave and fridge. Other than the island, the fridge and microwave are standard in most hotel rooms these days. Never once saw an employee at the front desk. Check in was done over the phone. Asking for more towels couldn't be handled at the desk - had to call. Check out?
