“I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.”

“Room smells like dead rats, hair and dirt all over the floor. They don't sweep or mop. Bed is uncomfortable, bathroom smells like pee. The lights flicker on and off all night. A lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot at 2 am. No iron or ironing board. They make you pay extra for linen. Horrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel is it has hot water and the toilet flush.”
