Great Property, Poor Support from Expedia
The property is in a quiet residential area, and both the building and the room were in excellent condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, we had to delay our stay by one day due to my wife breaking her leg. We contacted Expedia in advance to request a simple change to our check-in date. However, they were unhelpful, stating they needed to contact the property manager for approval. Despite this being a reasonable and timely request, Expedia failed to resolve the issue, and we ended up paying for an unused night.
The stay itself was great, but the lack of flexibility and support from Expedia was disappointing.
