The host was kind and responsive, and the property was clean and extremely secure, We found the beds very comfortable. “Booked this place in spite of having no reviews to go on. Ahead of checking in, we received notice that the owner wanted a 300 damage deposit, which isn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. When we got to the property, the unit smelled of cat pee, there were mold/mildew stains on the shower curtain, and the walls were so paper-thin that we could hear everything from the other units. It served its purpose as a place to sleep at night, but that’s the only good part about it.”

“Arlene was a great communicative host, who was quick to respond to our inquiries. The property is comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We very much enjoyed watching movies on the 75 inch TV, additionally the king size bed was very comfortable. We didn’t really take advantage of the smart home features. The walk to the beach was great and very close by. I would choose to stay here again if/when I return to Pacifica.”

“The property was perfect for our family of four. The host clearly pays attention to detail and ensures the apartment has everything you might need. We appreciated having parking available that was easy to get in and out of and we were close enough to downtown SF that the drive was not at all inconvenient. Having access to laundry and two bathrooms was a huge plus for our family and the massage chair was an excellent bonus that we all enjoyed.”
