"Breakfast coffee maker on Sunday broke The extremely nice lady could not fix it I don’t blame her but the weekend staff Must learn how to restart machine. Period No coffee on my trip home. That’s not cool or acceptable No coffee was followed by 2 hour delay at airport You started my day poorly. Don’t blame that girl she was best employee you have. "

"Clean room, shops nearby. Room walls a little thin but otherwise excellent. Neighborhood central and felt safe."

"We could’ve used a microwave in the room. Also parking price was not clear, it is available at about $74 a day. Convenient if you need a handicap or disabled person staying in the area. Great location for walking."

"Check in was rather stressful for some in our party. Some in our party do not drink alcohol, and the front desk person was very pushy with trying to give a bottle of wine, or complimentary cards for a glass of beer/wine. She would not take "no thank you" for an answer. The door to our room was extremely heavy, and hard to open. The pocket bathroom door was heavy as well. In the bathroom, there were no places to hang wet towels, other in the shower. Not a great option when there were 3 of us showering. The workout room was very nice, and some of the staff were very helpful."

"Its fine...not what it once was"

"This hotel is in need of an update. Shuttle service is so poor, we waited an hour at the airport for pickup when the website says every half hour. There were 3 shuttle buses for every other hotel that passed us when we were waiting. No restaurant inside and only three restaurants - all Chinese- within walking distance. Since we had come from Asia for 3 weeks, Asian food was the last thing we wanted. We will not book this hotel again. "

"The only thing that I didn’t like is the hot water was just lukewarm when I took the shower even after letting the water run for a while."
