“Todo lindo”

“Expedia should drop the Rodeway Inn Brazil from their offerings. No one manned the front desk -- we had to talk to a Kiosk, to people who aren't even in the USA. The room was full of bugs, the toilet was wobbly, the whole place worn out and the crevices lined with mold or grime. The hanging rack was removed from the wall and there was no place to hang clothes or make-up bags. We saw a bug trap under the sink, and at night we had to kill roaches, then inspect everything we brought in to make sure...

“Llegamos muy tarde pero no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema, parece eficientemente gestionado. El lugar está un poco aislado, pero parece muy tranquilo. Se puede llegar en un paseo hasta el pueblo, que tiene una visita. Hay sitios de interés en el entorno inmediato.”

“A lot of young peoplea around with nice ambient.”

“We booked the room via Expedia. When we arrived the parking lot WREAKED of smoke. Couldn't get up to the doors without choking from smoke. The outside walls has plaster missing up under the air conditioning units. We knew we couldn't breathe through the night and everything looked sketchy. So we drove away as we knew they couldn't refund us as we paid through Expedia. Hope there is a way to get refunded from Expedia.”

“If you are looking for a fancy property, this isn't it. What it is, is a nice cozy cabin. Our family loves it. It has a great big deck, that is good for enjoying a cup of coffee and viewing the scenery. The living room, dining area, and kitchen is perfect for a small family. The kids love the bunk bed room. They said it's the best sleep they have ever had. The queen size bed hurt my back, but that could just be me. The coffee maker does take a while to brew, so if you don't want to wait you can...

“Ursula was an amazing Host, plenty of property, and a beautiful home with history.”

“Great space with noted attention to many extra details. Owner has gone above and beyond.”

“Perfect little get away in the countryside!”

“Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Only regret was not being able to eat st the restaurant because we were only in town long enough to attend a wedding and reception. Would stay again”

“We loved the idea of an abandoned school being converted for multiple uses. Being educators it was fun staying in a school. Very close to beautiful hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay immensely!”

“Warning, some details not easily discernible from the online pictures & description are: 1) the mattress on the queen bed is a foam mattress that is notably soft - my husband sank 3 inches into it when laying down. 2) to go from the primary bedroom (queen bed) to the bathroom for a groggy nightime visit one must accomplish each and every level change in the house, going up 1 step, navigate carefully around the corner of a bunkbed, up another step, through the living room, up 2 steps, across the...

“Great house for our short (one night) stay while traveling through. Easy to find and very clean.”

“Great location & thoughtful touches throughout the home. We were able to spend most of the time on the trails and come back to a peaceful home stocked with what we needed. The outdoor lounge space was well thought out and plenty of room for a family to relax. Overall, a wonderful home base for an adventure!”

“The outdoor furniture is a little worse for wear. The golf cart didn’t work and the gas grill only had one burner that worked. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning worked great!”

“The home was in a perfect location ”

“Cute apartment and only minutes from DePauw University and restaurants. ”
