“The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The laundry is equipped with washers, dryers, an iron, a steamer, etc. The staff was very helpful. The property is very close to the beach. No TV and no elevator. If you have issues with stairs, inform them so you can book the first floor.”

“Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.”

“Great beach access for swimming, snorkeling, and tidal pool exploring. A turtle cove to directly to the south, swimming directly to the North. Fell asleep to waves on the rocks directly in front of our ocean front room.”

“We were in Waikiki, Hawaii during the 100-year storm. Everywhere was flooding, therefore, we decided not to go to Maui and get stuck on the island. The staff would not refund any part of our hotel fees at all or allow us to rebook at another time. We will never stay there! We could not believe this…very disappointing!”

“The room was nice and big. We had a pne-bedroom. Everything about this property was amazing, clean and the beach view and the lani - beautiful! I've already recommended friends and family to book here if they are looking for a vacation stay.”
