“Laundry room was filthy dirty...I never seen housekeeping at all. Ice machine was broken when I arrived and remained that way for the duration of my 4 day stay. The complimentary shampoo came in small packets that would not tear open,,,,especially with wet hands in the shower. I stayed in a room on the second floor.......they had the a/c shut off for the common area of that floor.....with 100 degree weather ( Hallway and laundry ) Seen the biggest waterbug ever,,,dead in the hallway for the 4……
