“Check in was a little chaotic. Reservation confirmations should mention all people in the room over 21 need id at check in. Luckily they were willing to work with me as my partner had left their wallet almost 3 hours away at home. Staff was super understanding about it. The jacuzzi suite was amazing”

“The staff was great and friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded and when we were in dining room for dinner it was a bit chilly sitting next to the windows and manager brought over a heater and put beside me. The meal was excellent.”
