Come ready to have fun and relax with your family, friends, and pets! Four bedrooms, pool table, pool, mini golf, outdoor firepit, outside games. Great space to get away. Experience the area going golfing, enjoying Gilbert Farmer's Market, Downtown Gilbert, and more! The space Walk into the Front room and enjoy the pool table and entertainment set up. Free WiFi included. Four total bedrooms, with a split floor plan, providing plenty of privacy. This house has an open floor plan on one level, no stairs! Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Bedroom 4: Full bed. Two bathrooms and plenty of storage. Outdoor living: outdoor pool, patio with outdoor seating, firepit, mini golf, bbq (pool is not heated and pool fence can be installed upon request). Indoor living: TVs, games, dining table, pool table, futon couch for extra sleeping space. (Play pen and car seat available upon request) Kitchen: fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. General: Wifi, central A/C & heating, washer & dryer, linens & towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, keyless entry Parking: 2 car garage, 2 vehicles on driveway, plus street parking (RV gate for additional parking if needed) Guest access Full house and yard access.
