"The area was nice and close to all the stores and restaurants. The property is clean and I recommend for families. We went with our 3 girls and 2 mini schnauzers and we felt safe to be walking dogs around outside property. The parking was $22.50 a night, which I thought was ridiculous. But they waived that for us. We also liked the staff in the breakfast area. They were very nice and professional. The room and the bathroom was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the room. I felt good about the hypo-allergenic room especially having dog friendly property, I assumed to have some smell or hair somewhere on the carpet, but it was very clean. I was impressed about how well they cleaned after each guest. Three things I wish they would improve on: the shower curtain smelled a little. They should replace that more often. The sofa bed was awful! Was not a mattress at all, more like a thick blanket with the frame digging down your back. I would definitely get 2 rooms so that we would sleep comfortably at night next time."

"Staff was great and very helpful but we got water leaking in the room at 2 in the morning so had to deal with that. Breakfast was disappointing with powdered eggs and something they called bacon so we only ate there once in the 5 days we stayed. I have stayed at other locations and had great experiences so I just hope this location improves."

"The staff showed a high level of friendliness. Sara and Jules at the parlor provided excellent service; they were engaging and courteous. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially the paint on the room walls. The entrance door to our room was chipped, and the carpet in the hallway leading to room 410 requires urgent repair. Additionally, the caulking in the bathroom and shower needs to be refreshed. The mattress was too firm for my comfort, although the pillows were excellent. During our six-night stay, we purchased breakfast for two. It is important to note the 22% gratuity added to breakfast charges, which is acceptable. I also gave an extra tip, which was appropriate, but sometimes the items requested at breakfast were incorrect. However, once the mistake was pointed out, they corrected it if possible. I would give this Hotel 3 Stars"

"Easy checkin. The parking was a little different with us having to park across the street in a parking deck (we arrived late at night) but it was a very safe area. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is that the pillows were all air… minimal fluff lol! We will definitely stay here again."
