"Took forever for a staff member to show up to check us in. We waited at least 5 minutes. But the staff were nice and helpful. Everything was clean but a little run down."

"The room was clean and cozy. Perfect location. The Moxy also has its own bar which is very nice - also offered two free drinks (1 each). Valet parking is offered. There are other nearby parking garages , as well. Only thing that would be extra nice is a breakfast offering , but we did go to the local La Vida cafe for a superb breakfast. Will stay again as the hotel is very nicely done and good location. "

"Staff not helpful other than one gentleman at check in. Had to ask for help at Starbucks, waited and registration person saw me and never offered to help me. Frustrating. "

"The property and room was very cleaned, But there was nothing to do and I called and asked the desk clerk before I booked was there activities she told me all the activities they have. But when I got there It was just the pools ,So we was bored. 4/20- 4/22"

"The room was nice, spacious but dated. The TV had some issues while using cable and I don't think they fully clean the rooms. There was clothes left from a previous guest. Besides that the breakfast was very good and the entire place was very nice to walk around. We definitely would like to come back but find a nicer room"
