“Where to start?!? Only plus was the desk person was nice. Negatives: still under old management. Pipestone Inn, not OYO. Didn’t look at all like pictures. Had to call desk clerk to find someone for check in. Interior and exterior looked abandoned. Room was unclean. Had to clean the mirror and nightstand. Carpet dirty. Worst of all , no tv!!! Who didn’t pay the cable bill!!?!?! Sad to see this. Pipestone is a nice town and doesn’t need a business like this!!”
