“The home felt exceptionally clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The ballon’s and cookies were a great touch. The patio—complete with a cozy fireplace—was a highlight. The host communicated wonderfully and answered all questions promptly. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully decorated.”

No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“We were looking for a location near the Drake Campus for graduation ceremonies. When I originally booked the home, I was charged an additional 50 for early checkin. I neither requested or needed this. I only discovered it after I noticed the charges seemed high. This was corrected/refunded within a few days.When we arrived, there was a really strong/bad odor permeating the upstairs. We eventually found the source which was rotten/moldy food left in the oven. The host had thoughtfully provided everything we could need, even down to cute individually packaged toothbrushes w/toothpase. We only had to worry about bringing our food and beverages. We would highly recommend this location to others. 😊”

“The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The pool was good to jump in after the hot tub, being it was a little chilly out just for swimming. Didn’t really use the gym and game room due to other activities but a great extra to have. The bed were very comfortable. It was great to have the bbq and kitchen utensils for a group of guys that just cooked up some burgers and bats. Made it very easy. Great location to everything you need or want. ”
